Delivery Information

Orders will be shipped the following working day, after the receipt of your proof of payment.

Once order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number which you will be able to go track your parcel online on Fastway or UTI's website

Orders over R1000 automatically qualify for FREE DELIVERY! Anywhere in South Africa (Terms & Conditions Apply)

Free deliveries are sent with Next Day / Economy Service (UTI) for all Main & Regional Areas

Free Deliveries Terms & Conditions

This is applicable to all customers that live within a 50km range from MAIN or REGIONAL areas, an additional charge will be charged if your delivery address is beyond 50km from a main or regional city or town.

Additional charges will be incurred in the event that your area falls under the "Ultra Purple Zone" with our couriers , in this event you will be contacted and extra charges will apply , alternatively we will send your parcel with the national post office of which delivery times are uncertain.

This service does NOT apply to our Step 2 & AXI ranges as these items will be shipped directly from our supplier at their shipping rates.


City Centres in South Africa include:  Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Nelspruit, George, East London, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Welkom, Potchefstroom, Witbank, Durban & Port Elizabeth 


Outlining Cities & Towns in South Africa that are not mentioned above are classed regional areas.

I want to return my order, what do I do?

If your order is unwanted, it's ok to change your mind. We'll accept returns up to 14 days after delivery providing the following terms are met:

All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a resaleable condition
Seals and wrapping must be unbroken
Postage costs are covered by the customer a postage charge will be deducted from your refund

If your order is faulty, please let us know as quickly as possible.

How to return large or heavy items:

Please call us on +2711 849 4926 / +2711 425 3175 or for guidance if the item you wish to return weighs over 5kg. For unwanted items there may be additional charges to cover the cost of collecting large or heavy items.

Do I have to pay postage if I return an order?

If you've changed your mind about an item you will need to pay for the cost of returning it. 

In most cases this will be our R75 standard postage charge, which will be deducted from your refund. The postage fee might change depending on your area base (Location). 

If you have received the wrong item , we will cover the cost for you. If this is the case, let us know on +2711 849 4926 / +2711 425 3175 or as soon as possible.

My order is damaged, what do I do?

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or proves to be faulty please contact us as soon as possible on +2711 849 4926 / +2711 425 3175 or .

We will do our best to provide a replacement or refund

Can I return my order to a store?

You can return an online order to Pops Toys as long as you take a copy of your confirmation email with you.

This applies to all online customers.

How long do I have to return my order?

If you've changed your mind, you can return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery.

How will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued back to the method of payment you originally used i.e. your credit or debit card, PayFast of which Payfast can take up to 10 days for a refund to be fully returned.
